Stan Tharp has spent over 35 years in local church leadership, and has been the Lead Pastor of Christian Life Center in Dayton, Ohio since 1990. The "God-Sized Vision" explained in "BIG" has revolutionized his leadership, energized the church he serves, and promises to do the same for you. His varied educational background has been put to extensive use in serving the church. He has a bachelor's degree with double majors in Management and Biblical studies, a Master's degree in Pastoral Counseling and Psychology, an MBA in Management, and a Doctorate of Ministry in Conflict Management.
