Synopsis

I was inspired to write this book because of all that I have seen of people who too easily see only differences and are blinded to the similarities that we all share. We all view the world through windows that we have created or had been created for us by our cultures, religions and communities. Generally, we like people who look like us, talk like us and act like us. We are afraid of people who are different from us, because they may not look like us, talk like us or act like us. We avoid them. Once we reach out and interact, we can learn about them and understand that we are alike in so many ways and have a lot in common. God is loving, compassionate, forgiving, peaceful, generous and kind. Let us act in those ways with one another. Then, we can get along better.
