Mastering the New Psychiatric Diagnoses was written by the 2013-2014 residents and fellows of the Department of Psychiatry, Rutgers New Jersey Medical School, and then edited by Samina S. Raja, MD, and Petros Levounis, MD, MA.
Samina S. Raja, MD, is a senior psychiatry resident at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School. She will continue her training as a fellow in geriatric psychiatry at Duke University, where she has been accepted for the next school year.
Petros Levounis, MD, MA, is the chair of the Department of Psychiatry at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School. He is a recipient of the National Institute of Mental Health Outstanding Resident Award, earned during his psychiatry residency at Columbia University. He went on to complete a fellowship in addiction psychiatry at New York University, and is now a distinguished fellow of the American Psychiatric Association.
