Oracle PL/SQL Programming Fundamentals PL/SQL is the Oracle Procedural Language extension of SQL. PL/SQL is integrated within the Oracle database. PL/SQL is the Oracle Procedural Language extension of SQL. PL/SQL is integrated within the Oracle database. A PL/SQL program can have both SQL statements and procedural statements.
