Richard Kyle is a Professor of History and Religion at Tabor College in Hillsboro, Kansas. He is the author of eleven books and numerous articles.

Dale Johnson is a Professor of Church History at Erskine Theological Seminary in Due West, South Carolina. He is the author of many articles and book reviews.
