Synopsis

LOUISIANA

Dr. John Foster and his brother, Jason, pack the van, bound for their isolated fishing cabin on an inlet of Bayou D'Arbonne Lake. John, a nationally-acclaimed petroleum and natural gas expert, is eager to break away from his workload and beat out his brother in their annual fishing challenge. His popularity escalates during absent-minded bar talk when he tells a lie that ensnares John and his brother's fiancé, Jordanna Gray, into a downward spiral of international espionage and murder.

Their future and the future of the United States of America as a world power weigh perilously in the balance -- events triggered by one little lie ....
