Therefore it is needed that a foundation for the caretaking of these individuals with a board of trustees knowledgeable in these matters be set up for this important goal, so that through the implementation of various beneficial programs, this nation and its revolutionary government can fulfill their religious duties to this group of self-giving people. The revolutionary council is required to ensure that a sufficient budget is set aside for the fulfillment of this important task and that they take action in a swift and timely manner.

ZAHRA VAEZI was born in Iran, 1983, a software engineer, she wrote this book 'Rapture of Dread' her first, because she believes that since birth, people are looking for themselves.
