S. E. Reichert has been writing fiction and poetry for nearly twenty-three years. A blogger for the Northern Colorado Writers group, she contributes to several writing-related columns in the area. She holds a BA in anthropology from the University of Wyoming.

She lives with her husband, two daughters, two pathetically lazy basset hounds, and a cat who’s just too pretty for his own good. When not writing, she enjoys the perils and rewards of motherhood. She is an avid runner, and she enjoys hiking and road biking along the Front Range. Fancying herself a renaissance woman, she throws her energy in as many eclectic directions as possible from Kenpo, to flying, to gardening.
