ABOUT THE AUTHOR Jay Hooper has taught for over 25 years in the North Carolina community college system and has worked in industry for 15 years. He has served as a consultant on various projects for over 30 years. He is currently involved with several endeavors with business and industry from his home base in Salisbury, NC through Freeu.
