Synopsis

After being in and out of abusive relationships, who would have thought that I would finally find someone that would actually love and care for me the way I cared for them. Or did I? Trusting anyone did not seem to be something I was ready to do. There was something inside of me afraid to let go and trust my heart again to anyone. This is a book of poems that I wrote while on this journey of not only finding but understanding what love really means.

À propos de l'auteur

Sunshyn was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland and graduated from Northwestern High School in 1986. She is a divorced mom of three and has loved writing since she was in middle school. After facing her fears she published her first poetry book, "Something So Beautiful" in 2010 and them another poetry book, "Chasing After You...Chasing After Me" shortly after. Through her poetry she hopes to encourage others to be strong and to love themselves. Her third book was her first fictional book, "The Fight Never Ends...So It Begins" is the start of her "The Fight Never Ends" series.
