He graduated from CSU, Sacramento with a double Master’s Degree in Marriage, Family & Child Counseling & School Counseling in May 1987 & a double Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work & Spanish in Jan. 1981. He also earned three Community College Credentials in Counseling, Counseling Supervising & Psychology through the Los Rios Community College District in 1987.
