Who is B, J. Galt? B. J. Galt is the pseudonym of a retired Computer System Engineer. He has published three books defining how end users can be designers of major applications. He originated the design of a computer software system which was responsible for >$3 Billion in system sales for a major corporation. It suggests solutions and initiatives to accomplish a "recurrence to constitutional principles" thereby returning Constitutional powers to the states and providing for a Federal Government that is fiscally sound, effective in its operations and responsive to the nation's needs while restoring liberty to the individual, dignity to the legislature and purpose to the ballot box.
