This workbook will empower parents to dramatically change their teen's behavior. The authors know firsthand that being the parent of a teenager can be very difficult, but the program in this workbook has been tested with hundreds of parents over more than 20 years, and the skills taught in this book comprise an effective program based on the best-selling book "8 Weeks to a Well-Behaved Child” by James Windell. As parents participate in this program, they acquire new tools, gain insights, and wind up feeling empowered as they see that their efforts are making a change for the better. This change is not only in their teen's behavior but also in the family as a whole. Relationships improve. Life seems less stressful and more hopeful.
