Synopsis

Ben Razzle is a fourteen year old with a burning love for detective work at whatever cost it could bring him. A major criminal seems to worm his way into Ben’s and the police force’s lives now and then but that gangster story takes a back seat as he faces a worrying new company that seems to be offering something too good to be true. An out of the world holiday to Mars is a ticket to new space travel and thanks to good friends and fortune Ben lands himself a ticket onto the shuttle, putting himself in a dangerous situation. The story sees Ben become part of some unlikely friendship group with five other competition winners. A story that fits in the theme of courage alongside identity as Ben works out whether his constant motivation to uncover secrets is worth it or not. A mildly dark yet energetic story that throws up action or mystery for Ben Razzle to face around every corner, whether it’s unknown codes, hurtling into space or arguing with his parents. There’s always something happening in his life and the end may not be the end after all.
