Biographie de l'auteur

MK (Richard) Grassi lives in north-central Japan with his wife Noriko, 2 sons, 3 in-laws, 2 dogs, and a Japanese rice fish named Mr Medaka. MK wrote and illustrated "The Burger Monster" and "The Peanut Butter Princess" with his sons Masaya and Kousuke, who have eaten many of the strange foods mentioned in the books. MK also illustrated the "Goobee Da Loon" series (written by Seth Bernanke). MK writes nonfiction books too. "Let's Eat Bugs!" was inspired by his experience of eating grasshoppers (fried with sugar and soy sauce) at a local restaurant.
