This book was written for coaches but kids who want to learn to be the best will find it a guide book that they will use throughout their career as a baseball pitcher.

À propos de l'auteur

Steve Adler grew up in Southwest Michigan and is a graduate of Central Michigan University. He was a walk on pitcher but his time was cut short by a rotator cuff injury. After graduation he returned to his hometown and took teaching and coaching positions within the Lakeshore Michigan Public School System. Steve Adler is now retired but taught in the Lakeshore district for 39 years. During that time period, he coached high school baseball, basketball, and football. Most notably were his Varsity Baseball coaching accomplishments from 1984-2005. During this time his teams won five district championships, two regional championships, appeared in two final fours with one appearance culminating in the 1990 Class B State Championship. That title was the first boys' state championship in Lakeshore History. Coach Adler was named district coach of the year twice (1992, 1995), regional coach of the year twice (1992, 1995) and coached in the Michigan High School Baseball Coaches Association (MHSBCA) All Star game at the old Detroit Tiger Stadium (1996). He coached numerous All-State, College and Professionally Drafted players. Coach Adler also coached football for over 25 years as a varsity assistant, junior varsity, and 8thgrade coach. In basketball, he coached as a varsity assistant, junior varsity, freshmen and 7thgrade coach for over 30 years. He coached 3 sports each season for over 25 consecutive years. Coach Adler was recently inducted into Lakeshore Hall of Fame, Class of 2013. Steve Adler now teaches pitching to kids of all ages at the Twin City Baseball Academy in St Joseph.
