A native of Georgia, George traveled to California to serve in the US Navy Seals before meeting the love of his life, his wife of 48 years Suzanne, and then graduating "summa cum laude" from San Diego State University. Following a career as a Certified Public Accountant with the international firm of Ernst & Young, George served twenty years as President & CEO of several California financial institutions. During this same period he was also an adjunct professor at California Baptist University and served on the President's Council. George attended Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and he and his family (Suzanne, daughter Jenny and son Jim) served as Southern Baptist commissioned missionaries in Peru, South America. Later George worked as the Executive Pastor and Chief Financial Officer for two Southern California Mega-Churches; Shadow Mountian Community Church and Mariners Church. Most recently George partnered with Dr. David Jeremiah at Turning Point for God Ministries in the areas of finance and development. A servant and committed follower of Christ Jesus, George currently assists Churches and other organizations committed to the cause of Christ and/or humanitarian service, in organization, development, stewardship, financing, accounting, capital campaigns, banking relationships and other business related activities.
