J. A. Hogan has an extensive writing background from ghost writing for the president of a liberal arts college to creating marketing pieces for a local non-profit. She's found her creativity and degree from Smith College to be invaluable to her writing life. She's an avid reader, devouring novel after novel in her quest for new adventures and exciting undiscovered worlds. Lastly, she still believes in the magic of a happy ending, searches for fairies on an autumn walk through the woods, and wonders if an antique store bottle might hold a genie inside. In short her imagination is always breeding ideas and her hand is always searching for a pen. This is her third book and she is currently working on the next one in her Cobblestone series.
