À propos de l?auteur

Author, Vegan Health Coach, Animal welfare advocate, Fee O’Shea specializes in helping people step onto the path of healthy plant-based eating. Fee is a New Zealander who is a lover of great vegan food. After adopting a vegetarian lifestyle in the 90's she experimented with many different ingredients in order to create more appetizing and appealing food as New Zealand, at that time, was no where near embracing vegetarianism. Early into the second decade of the 21st century, Fee had begun to learn about the welfare of farmed animals both overseas, but more importantly, within New Zealand. It was this knowledge of the farming industry that led her to adopt a vegan lifestyle. Along with her books, Fee has gone on to become the Vegan Health Coach creating her signature Live coaching programme Vibrant Living and helping many people adopt a healthy plant-based lifestyle, from healthy Flexitarians to healthy Vegans. She is actively involved with SAFE, a New Zealand organization which campaigns to stop factory farming along with other animal welfare issues and a member of the N.Z. Vegan Society. Fee has three children, two of whom are vegan, and three grandchildren. All her children have followed in her footsteps by being adventurous and creative great cooks and extremely conscious of their own health, animal welfare and planet earth.
