Tim Strutz is a retired police officer and crisis counselor living mostly in the magnificent rust belt of the Midwestern United States and occasionally in beautiful Ontario, Canada. He is a writer of fictional stories and a painter of expressionist art works that are as odd as his personality, but contain spicy elements of reality and truth. Tim considers himself a lifelong student of the University called Harsh Learning and Lost Thoughts.
