A method to accurately assess workload allocation among PMO staff as well as a system for notional charging has been proposed. The processes in this book feature perspicuous PMO involvement, that any PMO reengineering team can implement straight out of the box with bare minimum customization; a feature, where popular frameworks have fallen short, providing the ultimate guidance to any PMO reengineering team wishing to create Utopia, in a place where confusion and misperception now prevails.
