Join Kenda for suspenseful episodes of fright and daring, heart-wrenching separations, and clever tactics. The four heroines, survivors of Hitler's regime, share their stories over kitchen tables. À propos de l'auteur

Carol Lynn Luck was the high school English student who hated to write; she had nothing to say. Her PhD in the sciences taught her to think critically and she published many articles in scientific and educational journals in the 50 years after high school. Upon retiring, she realized how rich and varied her “nine lives” had been in scientific research, teaching, marketing, technology, parenting, management, entrepreneurship, education and most importantly, being a friend. Heroines of the Kitchen Table, her first novel to be published, grew out of listening to true stories of relatives and friends. She has much more to write about, and has a second novel, Gym Class Klutz, nearly ready for publication. Carol lives in Framingham, Massachusetts with her husband and has two grown children. She is passionate about providing a meaningful, quality education for all American children. Carol’s hobbies include doing math puzzles, reading historical fiction, cooking, talking with kids of all ages, writing about education, and visiting with friends.
