Synopsis
In today’s hectic and fast-paced world, too many people have very little time to read much of anything. So to help enliven what little leisure time they do have, I present here eleven short stories, the longest of which is barely over four thousand words. That should give you and others plenty of time to finish reading at least one of these stories during your next visit to Starbucks. So now, of course, you’re probably asking, what are some of these stories about? How about the tale of the time traveler who returns to the past, hoping to help her literary hero achieve his dream of immortality? Or the romantic story of a witch who, after meeting a young man at a Comic Con, becomes his obsession. How about a story that describes what happens in the life of a normal person after he receives super human powers? Or how about the humorous tale of the young woman abducted by aliens who refuse to let her go until she agrees to take them for pizza and ice cream? These are only a few of the stories (some serious, some not) included in this anthology. I hope they offer you at least a little respite from your hectic lives.

I became a writer because of two incidencies of devine intervention. I started by trying to write a young adult noval about a doomed love affair, continued with short stories for adults, switched to children's stories, then ended up writing for young adults. A good portion of my recent stuff could be considered realalistic magic/fantasy. I'm single and living in Southern California.
