In his first book, Mr. Clark relates some of the untold stories of people and events in the infamous Texas county during the early part of this century. Through the lives of his family and friends, the reader will learn more about Pancho Villa, the Parr regime, and many lesser known heroes who tried to live and raise families in the rugged south Texas brush country. In this second edition, the authors son and daughter, Forrest Clark, III and Constance Clark have included more stores, some family information gained from genealogy research as well as Texas history relative to the family living during this time.
