Synopsis
She has an exciting life with a dangerous job. He's bored and lonely but doesn't trust beautiful women. But then he meets Kendra and throws caution to the wind. When the world comes between them, separating them first with senseless violence, then with lethally good intentions, Keith will do anything to reunite them. Even if everyone thinks he's completely lost his mind. As in the story, "If I Stay" the action alternates between the physical world and the astral plane. But Kendra already knows what she wants to do. The question is, can she?

Edward M Wolfe was born and raised in California and was an investigative field reporter in the late 1990's, and later worked as a city beat reporter on the Oregon coast. His short story, "When Everything Changed," appears in the sci-fi anthology "Nascence," and his short story "Halloween Bully" appears in the "Moon Shadows" anthology. He lives in Tulsa with two human children, and two canine children who love his writing, and tolerate his guitar playing.
