Janice Y. Rodgers, PMP A California native, Janice Rodgers began her project management career as a software engineering officer in the US Air Force. She led many teams in the Air Force and used the PMI project management practices throughout her career. After she left the military, Janice went on to begin her consulting career, which focused on managing software development projects and executing program management principles and practices. Recently, Brenda finished an SAP business-transformation project, where she led a finance team to implement SAP using PMI practices with the Advanced SAP methodology.
