Robert Gibbs was born and raised in Harlem New York. As a young man he realized that the way to success rested within. He is a graduate of Union College and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Managerial Economics. He is also a trained Cyber Crime Investigator for a Fortune 500, Financial Services Company. His greatest achievement is as a Husband (18 years) and father of four sons. He has spent the last 27 Years in a variety of roles, conducting investigations at the City, State and Private Sector Organization Level. He has spoken before a number of organizations but is now focusing his efforts on helping the Young Men of this and future generations find a new perspective on Life. To that end, he is now the Author of a book entitled, ”Black Man Rise.” Black Man Rise is a collection of life lessons which challenges Young Men to rise above perceived limitations and get to the next level. It talks about the Black Man Struggle (BMS) experienced by his father and offers practical examples on how a fragile population can handle today's issues.
