Mark S. Wilcox graduated with associate degrees in marketing and management, and accounting and economics before enrolling in a computer degree program. There, he specialized in local area network management, eventually becoming a Microsoft Server and Novell Intranetware Specialist.
While working for a local computer shop, he became a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and Network Engineer, and Novell Academic Instructor and Networking Instructor.
After teaching computer networking at Mesabi Range Community and Technical College, Wilcox opened his own computer business that focuses on serving individuals as well as small and medium-sized businesses.
Wilcox currently lives with his wife and two sons in northern Minnesota.
