Dr. Tom Newton and his wife Ruth Ann copastor River Bluffs Regional Church in Fresno, California. While copastoring River Bluffs Church, Dr. Newton was employed in the health-care industry rising to be a nationally ranked health-care sales executive serving national and international clients in the San Francisco Bay Area. Tom holds a BA in English, an MDiv in theology and a DMin in church growth from Fuller Seminary. Ruth Ann took a BA in history at the University of Arkansas and taught American history to high school students.

Tom and Ruth Ann live in Fresno, California, where they continue to love pastoring River Bluffs Church and teaching their people to seek God FIRST. They are the parents of two successful, married daughters whose amazing husbands are among their best friends. Tom and Ruth Ann have four spectacular grandchildren.
