Jen Reich is a nurse coach, poet, and storyteller. She received her PhD in nursing from The University of Arizona in 2011. In addition to nursing, her background also includes degrees in Exercise Science:(Gerontology Specialization) and English/Theatre (minor) and training and practice in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Reiki, Health Appraisal and Meditation. She has incorporated these diverse experiences to design wellness programs and teach self-care strategies to nurses and caregivers throughout the country. Her passion is exploring the healing potential of the creative arts~ Gina Dazzo is a professional Barista - she loves coffee and the atmosphere of small, quaint coff ee shops. Currently she is using her Barista skills to train adults who reside in a homeless shelter to become skilled in the art of making and serving the many variety of coffee beverages. She loves going into nature and capturing the unique beauty with her photographs. Her passion is living life to the fullest each and every day.
