Working his way up from a general sales practitioner to a manager for a specialty sales force, he currently has a consulting firm, Western Pinnacle Pharmaceutical Consulting LTD, that assists other companies in need of help with their pharmaceutical brands as well as companies looking to partner with the industry.
Ellerbeck currently lives in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, with his wife and two children.
