The author is a retired teacher. His Father was a preacher for many years. His Mother was a homemaker when he was a boy on their small self-sufficient farm. They worked all week, went to church on Sunday, and, occasionally, made a trip to town to buy what they did not produce on the farm. Life was hard, but good because they trusted the teachings of the "Good Book". The whole family believed that if we keep Jesus' commands we will have life and have it more abundantly. The author has written approximately twenty books on a number of different subjects.
