Reinaldo Alvarez is a man full of passion for life and happiness, not just for him but for others too! Reinaldo was born in Haiti. Years later , he made it to America in 1989, he resided in Philadelphia, Pa with his family. "Al", as his close friends know him, has served in the United States Army and in war in Afghanistan. He has received many awards for his service. He began as an entrepreneur with his first business as a restaurateur. He created jobs for a handful of individuals and knew he needed to do more... not just for him, but for his family and those he brought along in his business. Al found it necessary to focus on his family and new career, and therefore in 2008 closed "Big Al's Lil Diner" forever. In 2011, Al used his own finances to fund a small orphanage in Haiti.
