Cassandra was born in New York City, NY. She studied and received her Masters in English at Berkeley College. She has always had a love for creative writing ever since she was a child. As a young adult she pondered on either being an English teacher or a creative writer. In the end she chose creative writing because it was an outlet to let her imagination run wild and bring her stories to life. One of her favorite quotes is, “To write means more than putting pretty words on a page; the act of writing is to share a part of your soul with the world.”
