Tim Trafford BEM has over 25 years of experience working in and managing loss prevention and investigation departments including hospitality, sports retail, supermarket chains and distribution. He currently holds a senior position in the loss prevention department of a well-known international distribution chain. Ian Watts MCMI. MIPI. MSyI has over 25 years of experience investigating losses in various industries and 15 years of experience in training managers and loss prevention personnel in several countries.
