Alicia Crowder's first technical writing assignment was in 1994 when she wrote a user manual for a software application while working as a contractor for a corporate operations center of an international retailer to support the training and advancement of employees required to use the software in order to perform basic duties. Since then she has provided technical writing services both independently for a wide variety of industries, industrial marketing agencies, as well as while employed for major oil and gas corporations.
