Hazel Davis Megahee lives in Lilburn Georgia with her daughter-in-law, two of her grandchildren, and Nyx, the fetch machine (disguised as a dog). When she isn’t writing, she enjoys catching up with friends on Facebook, watching “whodunit” shows on the telextravision, and working any manner of puzzles, crosswords, and word games. Hazel has written two books. The first was THE MADCAP HEIRESS, a mystery about a young heiress who has been disinherited, but nonetheless, someone is trying to kill her. The second book is RIVER'S BEND, a murder mystery with the heroine and all the suspects stranded together in a riverside estate. Hazel is also an occasional contributor to the online magazine Southern Reader (www.southernreader.com).
