Dr. Eugene Uche, Ph.D., a U.S Army veteran, is an international motivational speaker and educator dedicated to public health, health promotion and youth empowerment. A social change agent, Dr. Eugene passionately but critically addresses issues affecting public health promotion especially among the poverty trodden population. He is the founder of Youth Arise Global Outreach Mission and currently the Deputy Chief of Environmental Management Services, US Department of Veteran Affairs. Dr. Eugene earned a doctorate degree in Epidemiology from Walden University, USA. Dr. Eugene and his wife Berlinda are blessed with two beautiful daughters Divine and Celine.
