Dr. Paris Davis has over 30 years of corporate experience with several major corporations including: Harris Trust & Savings Bank, as a Vice President and Senior Employee Relations Counselor in Human Resources and in the Operations Department; TRW as Director of Operations; and IBM as an e-business Senior Business Analyst and Project Manager. Since 1999, Dr. Davis has functioned as the Executive Director for Total Resource Community Development Organization (TRCDO), which is a nonprofit organization that provides a wide range of human support services for the local community and residents throughout the state of Illinois, serving over 45,000 people annually. This includes health awareness forums, a food pantry, CEDA Energy Assistance site, Youth Development Programs, and a certified HUD Housing Agency. Dr. Davis also served as an Executive Board Member of the Women’s Ministry Alliance of Chicago with the City of Chicago, Women in Business and Ministry, and is a Fellow with the Mid America Regional Public Health Leadership Institute (MARPHLI) with the University of Illinois. She continues to teach and consult on the local, regional and national levels for government, business and faith-based entities in leadership forums.
