Jeremiah Johnson is a graduate of Southeastern University in Lakeland, FL where he earned his bachelors degree in Church Ministries. He planted Heart of the Father Ministry in 2010 and is committed to shepherding this thriving community of believers that are giving themselves to revival, awakening, and character transformation on a daily basis. Jeremiah is also the founder of Unknown Dreamer Ministries, a non-profit ministry that specifically assists and consults with churches and ministries across America and the nations of the earth to and for: • Releasing awakening and revival in the local church through the exaltation of Jesus Christ. • Prophesying the heart and words of the Father over churches, regions, and cities giving intercessors and leaders clear prayer agendas and strategy. • Bringing healing and restoration between pastors/leaders and prophets/prophetic people. • Working with pastors and leadership teams on how to create prophetic environments where the Spirit of God can move. • Teaching and training people about the prophetic ministry through Jeremiah’s prophetic school called the, “Samuel Company”. Jeremiah’s role as a senior leader and a strong prophetic voice gives him the express capability of ministering to the people of God in a way that is very pastoral and encouraging.
