Meet the Author, Ariel Rodriguez. Ariel was born December 18 in a Creole family in Lake Charles, Louisiana, as Ariel Espree. She could remember everything since the age of two. Ariel has always been a bright girl with a promising future. As soon as she could talk, Ariel began singing in church and other local popular places. Ariel has lived in several states over the course of her life, but Omaha, Nebraska, since 2005 has been her home. Until the age of sixteen, Ariel was only familiar with dancing, singing, and modeling but was introduced to the world of acting and later found that was her strongest gift. Ariel was offered several acting roles but turned each one down to finish school, and started to write. At the age of twenty, she married. Her name then changed from Espree to Rodriguez, and she soon gave birth at the age of twenty-one to her daughter, Azriella Claire. Ariel is now working on her bachelor's in women's imaging and her master's in OB/GYN, meanwhile writing and publishing several series, one being Legends of the Constellations. Ariel has always been a dreamer, and now she's expressing her emotions into drama-fiction forms-and we are loving every minute of it, looking forward to reading the rest of this series and the series after the next.
