Biographie de l'auteur

Vanessa Marie Morgan is a Barrister and Attorney-at-Law whose practice areas include civil law, commercial law, conveyance, debt collection, and land law. She has a wealth of legal experience at the private bar in various jurisdictions including United Kingdom, Jamaica, Saint Lucia. She graduated with a first class LLB Honours degree from London Southbank University in 2003. She went on to pursue the Bar Vocational Course at College of Law, London, and was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2004 at the Honourable Society of Lincolns Inn. Vanessa is also a graduate of the Norman Manley Law School, Kingston, Jamaica. Vanessa lectured law at various Institutions within the United Kingdom where she has gained a wealth of experience which she has used in compiling this book. She hopes this book will provide tremendous information and support to students. Whilst active in the practice of law, Vanessa is married to Stennett Bent with two sons-Sebastiaan and Aaron-whom she cares for.
