Anthony Hughes, Jr., is a native of Washington, DC. He grew-up in the Southeast sector of the Nation’s Capitol. He is a voice for those who rarely are heard. Anthony is engaged in the development of his community, the world “By Any Means.” Anthony believes that each and everyone despite the imposed barriers our society at time places on them fellow is entitled to “Reaching their desired state of existence.” Anthony is truly dedicated to a collective society and works to bring about collaboration amongst all members of the world. He believes “Color is a divider that holds no true meaning. I never met a white or black person just shades of brown.”
