Jackie-Lynn M. Brown, PhD, earned her doctorate degree in organization and management with a specialization in leadership from Capella University in 2014. Her research was centered on the personal growth of service members who returned to civilian life. As a Chief Master Sergeant in the US Air Force, she currently develops and facilitates professional military education to senior enlisted leaders from various branches of service to include active duty, reserve, and national guard members, as well as international students from around the world.
