While considered dark-evil 'pow-wow magick' during the 1800s, these independent publications were Christian folk-lore witch-craft; as most European immigrants were proudly Christian Protestants (Lutheran) and Catholics. This curious local occult artifact has now been revived by a local occult mystic!
