Indeed it would be a wonderful world if all we did was eat and sleep. The author is telling us you can sleep your way to success in another sense, that study, or hard work is not about spending sleepless nights on a project, it’s about working smarter. In this pocket book, the author with a tinge of humour guides the reader on the tactics of successful study techniques, what to do and what not to do. This booklet was conceived by numerous requests that the author as a parent and doctor with an interest in psychology received from panicky exam facing students for help. The insights shared are borne out of his personal experiences and partly from his own research during his illustrious career. It‘s a booklet you will not like to leave behind as a companion as you embark on any study of any material
