“Mia and the Magic Paintbrush,” was written by 9-year-old, Mari McKee, and her grandmother, Sheree Alderman. It’s the story of a young girl who lives in a little cottage on the edge of a rolling pasture field filled with gorgeous flowers, a waterfall, and lots of freedom to roam; yet, she is surrounded by neighbors she hardly knows. One day, Mia finds a magic paintbrush in the water and takes it home. She soon comes to realize that everything she paints, comes to life; and she begins filling up her cottage. Before long, there is a bad storm and Mia goes from quiet cottage-dweller to hero as she finds that having lots of things is not what makes you happy; being a true friend does. "Mia and the Magic Paintbrush" is another book in “The Life Lessons,” series. When you purchase a Life Lessons book, you can feel confident to share it with children of all ages – from 1 to 109! Life Lessons books are wholesome, engaging, and contain positive values. No adult content.
