Synopsis

Toby Causon was born in Bristol, South-West of England, UK. Ever since a young age, Toby Causon had a passion for creating and scrawling out stories. He always dreamt of becoming a 'real' author, and being able to actually hold his own created book, and release it for others to read. Publishing through Amazon was the desired path for him, because at this moment in time he wanted to maintain the creative freedom to write whatever he wanted, regardless of what was popular or trending at the time. He said "I once finished a book when I was younger, but since I was only 8 it obviously went nowhere. After that I kind of just stopped writing, for a period I thought I had forgotten how to do it. It was only about 2 years ago when I wrote a fantasy book called the Dark Hunter (still unpublished) that my creative sparks returned, and I realised that it was still where my passions reside". Currently he is busy working on the Patience trilogy, which follows the adventures of a girl who has discovered a world of magic, and all the nasty things that come along with that. So far the first book has been released, and the second should soon follow. Toby Causon believes that writing is a powerful medium, in which it is more possible for a writer to reach out and touch the audience than even films or TV. Words have and always will be powerful, and he believes it to be a form of magic when done right.
