Joshua Bream was alive again and the questions kept coming: Why had he been allowed to come back? Why had he been given another chance? What would happen to his dead body now he had returned? In the aftermath of the 'dark tide of evil' that had engulfed the earth, people struggled to survive. The world had entered a new 'stone age', where humans can only exist by scavenging. The population had been decimated. There is no electricity production, no power transmission grid, no electronics, no internet, no transport and no force to keep law and order. In the chaos, tyrants come to the fore, Gangs of vigilantes vie for supremacy. Self appointed rulers go to any lengths to build their empires. When a group of survivors return from the wilderness to Las Vegas, it is only a matter of time before they are forced to take on the City's dominant gang. Only the unique and magical abilities of a young boy called Joshua Bream give them hope for the future. But the gangs want to capture his talents for their own ends Joshua Bream and his friends are pitched into a fight to the death. As part of that fight, Joshua Bream will have life and death choices to make. If he wins the battle he knows he will lose everything he holds dear. It is only when he accepts his destiny that he finds the answers. At last he is embarking on a journey only he can make. At last he is travelling in the footsteps of the Gods. The spectacular final chapter in he 'Beyond Delta' series.

Harry Pearce is a retired teacher living near Cambridge, England. He had an interest in writing from an early age when he won the London short story prize for children run by the RSPCA, with a story about a tiger trapped in a cage. As a behaviour management specialist and a trainer of teachers, his work has been recognised widely within the United Kingdom. But all that work has been put to bed. Since retiring six years ago, he has produced a wide variety of work: Four well received crime thrillers; 'The diary of a geriatric golfer' a comic tale about the expolits of senior citizens on the golf course, (another new hobby); a collection of short stories and poetry brought together over 20 years; and the true story about the Video Nasty witch hunt of the 1980's on which he was on the receiving end. The three books in the 'Beyond Delta' series are the latest to be published showing a current interest in science fiction thrillers. On June 15th 2013 his first grandchild Sophie was born. That has cut his time down for writing! But what a focus it is ... Watch this space.
