Robert Hazell is Professor of Government and the Constitution, in the Constitution Unit, Department of Political Science, UCL, UK.

Dr Bob Morris is Honorary Senior Research Associate at the Constitution Unit at University College London, UK, where he has led the Unit's work on monarchy, church and state. Previously he was the Under Secretary in the Home Office responsible for constitutional affairs, including royal and ecclesiastical matters.
